About Me

What I am:

  • I’m an ACE Certified (NCCA) Personal Trainer, Marine Corps Veteran, and successful business owner. I build wellness programs based on my understanding of your needs.

  • I am a Christian. I believe in the life-changing power of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

  • I am prior military. I do draw upon my military experience.

I can tell you from personal experience, nothing on this earth outweighs the power of good health. I’ve achieved what some would consider great things in my life; job titles, career success, material possessions, and even became a millionaire. And then life stopped me dead in my tracks and reminded me that none of that crap matters. When I was about to lose something most precious to me, I prayed only for health. I begged God to take everything I had and to replace it only with good health. The scariest moment of my life passed by and everything turned out okay, but I’ll never forget that terrible feeling; that reality that without our health, nothing else matters. I am blessed.

Now I’ve dedicated my life to helping others achieve the best, most healthy version of themselves. I’m not the sexy, twenty-something who is just getting started in their career. I’m the old guy who has learned life’s lessons the hard way, I’ve learned to accomplish hard shit, and I’ve got life experience to offer.

If you’re looking for the easy button, you’re in the wrong place. I will work closely with you to develop a program, but the real value is the accountability I offer.

My name is David Odle. I spent four-years in the Marine Corps. I spent three-years in the Army. I climbed Pike’s Peak. I trained with a Navy SEAL. I ran a race across a frozen lake in Minnesota. I’ve run nine Spartan Races.

I believe in the power of doing hard things. I believe in the foundation of health. I believe we all have greatness within us, but we must all muster the humility to ask for the right help and stop making excuses.

What I am not:

  • I am not a physician. Make sure you are consulting your physician on anything diet or exercise related.

  • I am not a physical therapist. If you need physical therapy, you need a physical therapist!
