About Me
What I am:
I am a trainer. I build wellness programs based on my understanding of your needs.
I am a Christian. I believe in the life-changing power of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Period.
I am prior military. I do draw upon my military experience; however, it is not my identity. The Marine Corps is part of my story, but it is not what defines my future.
Why do i do this?
Because someone did it for me.
I’d lost my way, I’d gotten fat, and I hated what I’d let myself become.
I’d given up on life.
Until someone took the time to help me. Now I’m dedicating my life and committing a business to helping people achieve better versions of themselves. The hard way.
If you’re looking for the easy button, you’re in the wrong place. I will work closely with you to develop a personal improvement plan, but the real value, the most important thing you’re paying for - I will hold you accountable to it.
My name is David Odle. I spent four-years in the Marine Corps. I spent three-years in the Army. I climbed Pike’s Peak. I trained with a Navy SEAL. I ran a 5k across a frozen lake in Minnesota, then someone cut a hole in the ice and I jumped in, 8 times. I ran five Spartan Races, including the Spartan Beast (21k) this past summer.
I believe in the power of trying hard things. I believe in the foundation of health. I believe we all have something better within us, but we must all muster the humility to ask for the right help and stop making excuses.
I want to talk to you. I want to help.
What I am not:
I am not a physician. Make sure you are consulting your physician on anything diet or exercise related.
I am not a physical therapist. If you need physical therapy, you need a physical therapist!
I am not a dietician or a nutritionist. If you seek my help with nutrition, I am leveraging what I’ve learned through reading, listening, and practical application.
I am not a certified trainer. If certification is important to you, there are many well-qualified excellent personal trainers.
